Hi Cap'n Ron!
We checked your site and saw that it says "updated

return since we had such a great time and we were wondering if you got the
pictures yet. We will keep checking your site on a regular basis. Have a

Ron,
We can say that we, my wife and I had a great time while we had our 2 days of
fishing. Our hats are off to Bob our guide for the 2 days (the golfer) he did
a bang up of a job in ensuring that we had fish on the days that we were out
with him. Once again thank you for the outstanding guide.

Could you once again send us a brochure in the snail mail to us. We would
like to make another trip and us your guide service. We would be coming down
sometime in either Feb or Mar. Would these months be suitable for fishing at
this time? Any advice your could give us would be appreciated.

Ron - it was a great trip for us. our guide was courteous, worked to try to find us some good fishing spots, and was very helpful. He put us on some big fish, but I couldn't catch them.

We caught a lot of fish even though it was very windy. The biggest bass I caught was 5 pounds and Donna caught one 4 pounds 10 ounces. We didn't keep up with the total number of fish, but we caught a lot of fish.

We had a good time.

Yes, we would recommend you to others.

We caught a few bass, I guess that was better than anyone else was
doing. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The guide was great,
very helpful and he helped make the trip enjoyable for Bonnie. The fish
we caught were not that big, maybe a couple of pounds. I did have a
couple of bigger ones on but with all the vegetation in the water it was
hard to get them out. If we ever get there again we will go with you.
Thanks
Gary Keen

Brian, Just a note to find out how you rate your fishing trip?

As we might have mentioned when we chatted, my brother and I got this trip for my father for a Xmas present. He absolutely had a wonderful time and, according to my mother, hasn't stopped talking about it. I thought everything was set up well and couldn't have run more smoothly. You guys truly made it easy and a total vacation for us.

Please advise me of amount of fish caught?

About a dozen.

Size of big fish if one was caught?

Largest was about 3 pounds.

How your guide was?

Our guide was great. He kept things interesting all the time and did everything he could to get us on fish (short of jumping in the water and putting them on the hook himself). He stayed out a little longer on the first day as we had some shiners left and the fish started getting active late -- we really appreciated that extra effort.

Thanks Cap'n Ron

With all the people you guide I don't know if you will remember me or not. I've fished with you for two years and have been lucky enough to catch a 10 1/4, 9 3/4, 8 1/4, and so many other nice bass I couldn't keep count. My first trip I fished with Pete Dodge, his brother Josh, and his Old man big Pete. The second year I fished with Ryan Greene. Both trips were unbelievable. It's totally different than any other fishing I have done (the bass don't get that big in Ohio.) Ryan and I are planning another trip in late March or early April. I really hope he can catch one to put on his wall. But if not I'm sure we'll still have a great time. If you have time drop me an email I would like to know how the fishing was this year. But if not i will see you next spring. Thanks for the great trips.

Hey Cap'n Ron...
I know 2 of your bass fishing clients, Jim Noel
and Brad Bopp, and from their phones calls home, they are very pleased and
excited about the fishing they've been doing. I found the site for them on
the internet and I'm glad I picked you! Actually Jim is my son-in-law and
I very happy he is having such a good time.
Thanks for making their vacation a memorable one!

Cap 'n Ron,
The Lay group did outstanding as far as we were concerned. Your guide
Kenny made the trip quite interesting. His knowledge of the lake was
superb. He led us to land approx. 25 bass the first four hours of the
trip. That was amazing. Although we did not exceed our personal best of
catching the lunker we all dream about but we did catch what we came for
and that was plenty of bass. Jay Guswiler lead the group with a bass
that was around 6 pounds. David Lay caught the second largest bass that
was around 5 pounds. Mark Carroll was the last with his biggest of 3
pounds. All together we landed what we figured up to be around a three
day total of 100 bass. The Lay group are already planning their trip
back. Thanks for showing us a great time. We will be seeing you again in
the near future. When we come back we would love to have Ken Burnett as
our guide. Once again he made the trip interesting and very enjoyable.
See ya!!!
Mark Carroll &
The Lay Group.
