I have put together some May 2006 Florida bass fishing reports of Florida bass that were caught while wild shiner fishing on Lake Okeechobee by anglers from across the United States. Our Florida bass fishing reports are also cataloged under each month they were caught during the 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999 and 1998 calendar years. A fishing report on amount of bass caught, area caught on Lake Okeechobee and other information is listed with each Florida bass fishing report. To ensure validity the angler's name, address and e-mail address is also listed with every fishing report. E-mail testimonials received from our clients are also posted just as we receive them.

Florida panfishing anglers Dannis Griffen (Leesburg, GA - e-mail: griffinins98@bellsouth.net) and another angler caught about 50 bluegills & mayan cichlids during 1 half day morning of panfishing on May 19th, 2006 with Captain Ron. They fished the Rim Canal area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing - May 17, 18 & 19, 2006 Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Danny Sparks & Danny Jr. (Lashmeet, WV - e-mail: sparks158@citlink.net) caught and released about 50 bass up to 6 1/4 lbs during 3 days of shiner fishing on May 17 - 19, 2006 with Ron's Guide Service. Danny Jr. caught a 5 1/4 lb'er. His dad got the 6 1/4 lb'er. They fished the Harney Pond Canal area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing - May 8 & 9, 2006 Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Ben Brewer (Charlottesville, VA - e-mail: bafb@adelphia.net) caught and released 15 bass that included a 6 lb and two 5 lb'ers during 2 half days of trophy bass fishing on May 8th. & 9th. with Captain Ron. Ben also combined a morning of wild boar hunting on May 10, 2006 with Ron's Guide Service. Ben bagged a wild hog while hunting on private land in Glades county.
