I have put together some June 2004 Florida bass fishing reports of Florida bass that were caught while wild shiner fishing on Lake Okeechobee by anglers from across the United States. Our Florida bass fishing reports are also cataloged under each month they were caught during the 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999 and 1998 calendar years. A fishing report on amount of bass caught, area caught on Lake Okeechobee and other information is listed with each Florida bass fishing report. To ensure validity the angler's name, address, phone number and e-mail address is also listed with every fishing report.

Florida Bluegill & Mayan Cichlid Fishing June 30 & July 1, 2004
Fishing Report

Florida bluegill fishing anglers Dave Seal (Jax., FL - ph: 904-704-4129 - e-mail: dseal@fccj.edu) and Terence Wright (Jax., FL - e-mail: twright@fccj.edu) caught about 175 bluegills & mayan cichlids on live crickets during 2 half days of panfishing with Ron's Guide Service on June 30 & July 1, 2004. Bluegills & cichlids were caught in the Twin Pond Canal area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing June 29, 2004 Bass Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Aron and Keith Love (Lindenwold, NJ - ph: 856-309-9101 - e-mail: Alove155@aol.com) and Brian Allen caught and released 23 that included a 4 1/2, 5, 5 1/4 and 5 1/2 lb'er during 1 day of wild shiner fishing on June 29, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing June 27, 2004 Bass Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Lester Hilts & his son Josh (Port Charlotte, FL - Ph: 941-697-6211 - e-mail: jwhilts@yahoo.com) caught and released 13 bass up to 8 1/2 lbs during 1 full day of wild shiner fishing on June 27, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Josh caught the 8 1/2 lb'er. This bass had hit 2 lines (Josh's & his Dad's) that had a shiner on each line. We discovered this after netting the fish and finding both hooks in it's mouth! Lester caught a 4 1/2 lb'er. Trophy bass was caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing June 24, 2004 Bass Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Doug Ferris, his wife Kelli and 9 year-old daughter Tori (Kalamazoo, MI - ph: 269-345-2920 - e-mail: kellidjtrading@yahoo.com) caught and released about 35 bass that included a 6 lb. & 5 lb.trophy bass during 1 day of wild shiner fishing on June 24, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Doug caught the 6 lb'er. His wife Kelli got the 5 lb'er and 9 year-old Tori got one just under 5 lbs. Bass were caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing June 16 & 17, 2004 Bass Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Dave & John Sims (Carbonhill, AL - ph: 205-522-2406) caught and released 20 bass up to 4 lbs during 2 half days of wild shiner fishing on June 16 & 17, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing June 15, 2004 Bass Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing angler Paul Sievers (St. Louis, MO - Ph: 636-956-7508 - e-mail: psievers1@msn.com) caught and released 8 bass that included a 8 lb. & 7 lb.trophy bass during 1 half day morning of wild shiner fishing on June 15, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Trophy bass were caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida bass fishing anglers John Marshall (Herdon, VA - Ph: 703-786-4554) caught and released 20 bass up to 4 lbs during 1 full day of wild shiner fishing on June 14, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing June 12 & 13, 2004 Bass Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Joe Gillis (Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Ph: 954-673-6407 - e-mail: bostonjoe44@hotmail.com) and a friend caught and released 26 bass up to 4 3/4 lbs during 2 half days of wild shiner fishing on June 12 & 13, 2004 with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught on the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.
