I have put together some January 2008 Florida bass fishing reports of Florida bass that were caught while shiner fishing on Lake Okeechobee by anglers from across the United States. Our Florida bass fishing reports are also cataloged under each month they were caught during the 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999 and 1998 calendar years. A fishing report on amount of bass caught, area caught on Lake Okeechobee and other information is listed with each Florida bass fishing report. To ensure validity the angler's name, address and e-mail address is also listed with every fishing report. E-mail testimonials received from our clients are also posted just as we receive them.

The low-water conditions on massive Lake Okeechobee has helped
the fishing by congregating the fish into smaller areas making them
easier to catch!

Florida Bass - January 19 & 20, 2008 Fishing Report

Florida bass fishing anglers Mike Elliott (Conifer, CO - e-mail: elliottdeborah@msn.com) caught and released about 10 bass up to 4 lbs during a half day afternoon and morning of shiner fishing on January 19 & 20, 2008 with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught fishing in the Harney Pond Canal area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Crappie - January 19 & 20, 2008 Fishing Report

Florida crappie fishing anglers John & Susan Stephens (Ft. Lauderdale, FL - e-mail: jstephens@lewismarine.com) caught about 15 crappie during a half day afternoon and morning of crappie fishing on January 19 & 20, 2008 with Ron's Guide Service. Crappie were caught fishing in the Harney Pond Canal area of Lake Okeechobee.
