I have put together some January 2004 Florida
bass fishing reports of Florida bass that were caught while wild
shiner fishing on Lake Okeechobee by anglers from across the
United States. Our Florida bass fishing reports are also cataloged
under each month they were caught during the 2004, 2003, 2002,
2001, 2000, 1999 and 1998 calendar years. A fishing report on
amount of bass caught, area caught on Lake Okeechobee and other
information is listed with each Florida bass fishing report.
To ensure validity the angler's name, address, phone number and
e-mail address is also listed with every fishing report.

Bass Fishing - Jan. 31, 2004 Fishing Report
Florida bass
fishing anglers Wayne & Sandy Mudget (Maplewood, MN - e-mail:
s-mudget@yahoo.com) caught and released 16 bass up to 5 1/2 lbs during a half day (Jan. 31,
2004) of shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. They fished
the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Bass Fishing - Jan. 29, 2004 Fishing Report
Florida bass
fishing anglers Nat Hodge (Plantation, FL - e-mail: ndhodge11@aol.com)
and 2 other anglers caught and released 16 bass up to 4 lbs during a day (Jan. 29, 2004)
of shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. These guys had 2
trophy bass in the 7 to 8 lb. range that they got to see throw
the hook and get away. They fished the North Shore area of Lake
Okeechobee.

& crappie fishing anglers Mr. & Mrs. Franklin Dolwick
(Gainsville, FL - e-mail: fdolwick@dental.ufl.edu) caught some
crappie and 6 bass during a day (Jan. 19, 2004) of wild shiner
bass fishing and crappie fishing with Ron's Guide Service. They
fished the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

fishing anglers John and his 12 year-old son Johnny Masterfield
(Windermere, FL - e-mail: jmagrc78@aol.com) caught and released

bass up to 6 1/2 lbs
during 2 half days (Jan. 17 & 18, 2004) of shiner fishing
with Ron's Guide Service. They also hunter for wild boar on the
morning of January 17th. John and his son each bagged a wild
hog during their morning of hunting. They fished the North Shore
area of Lake Okeechobee.

Ron,
My
son Johnny (age 12) and I had a great time hog hunting and fishing.
The
hog hunt was most exciting with Patrick and the boys. The guides
were
informative and good at what they do. Johnny' s hog was the most
exciting as it charged
toward him after a well placed shot. He finished the job at all
most point
blank range. Needless to say my son wants to come back.
Bob
was a great fishing guide. After 41 years of living in around
Okeechobee
he had some great stories. Although the quantity of fish wasn't
real high the
quality included a 61/2 and a 5 pound bass.

trip was great and recommend your outfit to anyone!
