Florida Bass Fishing Trip

Joe Olszewski and his dad Gary (Dexter, NY - ph: 716-668-2533 - e-mail: MOCSEA815@aol.com) caught about 30 bass that included two 6 lb'ers and a 7 lb. trophy bass during 1 full day (Nov. 7) of shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught in the Harney Pond canal area of Lake Okeechobee. All bass were released.

Florida Bass Fishing November 5 & 6,2000
Florida Bass Fishing Trip

MSTG Mark Dunget (e-mail: madung@aol.com) and about 20 marines and navy men from the USS Shreveport LPD-12 who bass fished out of 4 guide boats caught about 125 bass up to 6 lbs during 2 days (Nov. 5 & 6) of shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Bass were caught in the Harney Pond canal and Twin Pond canal areas of Lake Okeechobee. All bass were released. This was the USS Shreveport second bass fishing trip with Ron's Guide Service.
