Florida Bass Fishing 6 lb'er

Wayne and his son Ben Strunk (Columbus, OH - ph: 614-872-9646 - e-mail: wstrunk@columbus.rr.com) caught 47 bass up to 6 lbs during 3 days (Mar. 27 - 29, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Ben caught the 6 lb'er. They fished the Monkey Box area of Lake Okeechobee. All bass were released.

Florida Bass Fishing 6 lb. Florida Bass

Elaine Williams (Jacksonville, FL - e-mail: Elainewlms@aol.com) and her bother-in-law and sister Gene and Norma Bond (Nashville, IN - ph: 615-754-0101) caught 10 bass up to 6 lbs during 2 half days (Mar. 19 & 20, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Cap'n Ron. Norma caught the 6 lb'er. They fished the Fisheating Creek area of Lake Okeechobee. All bass were released.

6 1/2 lb'er

Frank Frederick and sons Jared (13), Jake (11) (Butler, NJ - ph: 973-838-2313) caught about 25 bass up to 6 1/2 lbs during 2 half days (Mar. 19 & 20, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Jared caught the 6 1/2 lb'er. They fished the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee. All bass were released.

Florida Bass Fishing 9 1/4 lb. Florida Bass

Ben Spears (Middleport, OH - ph: 740-992-2956 - e-mail: BSpears@eurekanet.com) and Auston Newsome (Syracuse, OH) caught and released about 50 bass up to 9 1/4 lbs during 3 days (Mar. 17 -19, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Auston caught the 9 1/4 lb'er. They fished Moonshine and North Shore areas of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida Bass Fishing 7 and 6 3/4 lb. Florida Bass

Lee Kindle, son Shane and Gene Flowers (Manhunta, GA ph: 912-462-7905) caught about 15 bass that included a 6 lb'er, 6 3/4 lb'er and a 7 lb'er during 2 half days (Mar. 17 & 18, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Shane caught the 7 and 6 lb'er. Gene caught the 6 3/4 lb'er. This group fished the Monkey Box area of Lake Okeechobee. All bass were released.

Florida Bass Fishing 6 1/2 lb. Florida Bass

Chuck Bricking (Villa Hills, KY - ph: 606-341-8214 - e-mail: Kypredator@aol.com) and Pat Callahan (Cincinnati, OH - e-mail: Patcatss@aol.com) caught 120 bass up to 6 during 5 days (Mar. 13 - 17, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Pat caught the 6 1/2 lb'er. They fished the Monkey Box, Moonshine and North Shore areas of Lake Okeechobee. All bass except the 6 lb'er were released.

Florida Bass Fishing Trophy Bass

These 5 trophy bass and 212 others were taken during five and the half days of Florida bass fishing with wild shiners on Lake Okeechobee.

 

James Vass (New Castle, VA - ph: 540-864-5668 - e-mail: alright@swva.net) and Ed Wright (New Castle, VA - ph: 540-864-5537) caught 217 bass that included two 6 1/4 lb'ers, one 6 1/2, one 7 1/4 lb'er and one 8 3/4 lb'er during 5 1/2 days (Mar. 5 - 10, 2000) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. They fished the North Shore, Monkey Box and Moonshine areas of Lake
Okeechobee. All bass were released.

 

April 1 - January 14
This Special Rate of only $250.00 is for 2 person and includes: 2 (four hour) half days of fishing, 1 night of motel lodging free of charge, 6 doz. wild shiners free of charge, USCG licensed guide, bass boat, fuel and tackle.

January 15 - March 31
Special Rate is only $280.00
