They fished the North Shore & Monkey Box areas of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida bass & crappie fishing angler Dave Dix (Jamestown, SC - ph: 843-257-4363) and 4 other anglers in 2 guide fishing boats caught and released about 30 bass up to 8 lbs and caught about 140 crappies during 2 days (Feb. 21 & 22, 2005) of bass & crappie fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Dave caught the 8 lb'er. They fished the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida bass fishing anglers Doug & Mara Luper (Alexandria, VA - e-mail: uscggluper@earthling.net) caught and released about 10 bass that included a 5 lb'er Mara caught during an afternoon (Feb. 19, 2005) of wild shiner fishing with Captain Ron. They fished the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida bass fishing anglers Barry Holmes (Farmington, MO - e-mail: kammermanns@sbcglobal.net) and 3 other anglers in 2 guide fishing boats caught and released about 100 bass up to 6 lbs using wild shiners during 2 and the half days of bass fishing on February 15, 16 & 17, 2005. They fished the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.

Florida bass fishing anglers Joe Klimas & his son Joe (Palm Beach Gardens, FL - e-mail: joeklimas@bellsouth.net) caught and released 12 bass up to 8 lbs during an half day afternoon (Feb. 15, 2005) of wild shiner fishing with Captain Ron. Joe Sr. caught the 8 lb'er. They fished the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee. They also a combined a morning of wild boar hunting with Ron's Guide Service. They each bagged 2 wild hogs (1 boar & 1 sow) during a morning of wild boar hunting on February 16, 2005. They hunted the sugar cane fields in the town of Lakeport.
