Shiner Bass Fishing Report: November 2001
Florida bass fishing reports for each month
of the 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999 and 1998 calendar years that
describe the amount and size of bass caught, the Florida shiner
and artificial lure fishing techniques used by guides to catch
them, the areas of Lake Okeechobee that produced the best bass
fishing action, and other bass fishing information is contained
in our Florida bass fishing reports. To ensure validity the angler's name, address, city, state, phone number, e-mail address,
date and year the party fished is also included in every fishing
report.
The good
news is that at the start of November's dry season Lake Okeechobee
is almost 15 feet above sea level. There is far more vegatation
on the lake now than ever before. Baitfish are just about everywhere.
Crappie fishing has been excellent. Bass fishing has been good
with some slow periods do to cold fronts and heavy wind conditions.
